This is the best experiance I ever had with a rental company for motorbikes across Europe!!! Andrea is an amazing guy, always keen to help, he replied very fast in every single questions we had before or during the trip, very knowledgeable on the motorbikes and on the trips/paths in Italy/Switzerland/France. All the bikes are in perfect condition with top notch accessories. I live in the US and wanted to ride through the Alps. Not being an Italian resident, I was worried about the trustworthiness of a rental company. My biggest concern is customer service and support. I checked the reviews for adventure rent and was optimistic. I checked other companies and felt that adventure was the best option. After I paid the deposit, I got a bit nervous. I checked the reviews again and noticed that everyone kept referring to the owner, Andrea, by name. Then I was really worried because I started to think that the reviews were written by his friends and family and they were probably fake reviews. After paying the deposit, Andrea started to earn those great reviews. He reached out to make sure I had all the documents I needed for the trip. We talked about the bike, what I would need, etc., etc., etc. I started to feel good about my choice. Andrea is meticulous about quality and safety, and speaks English very well. He takes great care of his bikes. He sent videos about the bike I rented and about riding in Italy/Switzerland. He’s a great guy and I understand why everyone mentions him in their reviews. Also, his wife was there when I picked up the bike. She is such a sweet woman. I can’t say enough about my experience renting a bike from them. I highly recommend them and hope to go back and rent from them again. If this is your first time renting a motorcycle and riding through the Alps, have fun and enjoy the experience. It was spectacular.
